• No Trying On/Selection: Delivery is to check for defects/wrong items only. No trying on or picking colors with the courier. Returns/exchanges are strictly prohibited after delivery for hygiene reasons.

• No Multi-Color Holds: Ordering multiple colors to choose one on delivery is not allowed. Check our page or DM us to confirm shades first.

• Shipping & Pricing: Delivery fees are non-refundable and paid to the courier. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
